Yes, and we'd honestly prefer you did. Most clients come to us with one specific annoyance: a task someone retypes every week, two tools that refuse to talk, a report that eats a Friday. We fix that first.

If it works and there's more worth automating, the relationship grows on its own. There's no minimum package, because packages are how you end up paying for things you don't need.

The goal is that you barely think about it. Your systems run on infrastructure we manage. We watch them, update them, and improve them over time. You just use the results: the dashboard stays live, the reports arrive, the data lands where it should.

When you want a change or something looks odd, you email us and one of us handles it.

Yes. If you need a defined thing, like an integration, an automation, an internal tool, a web application, or a website, we can scope it, build it, and deliver it as a standalone project, with the code and documentation handed over when that's the agreement.

And if you later decide you'd rather not look after it yourself, the managed service is right there.

It depends on what we're building, and we won't pretend otherwise. Scope, complexity, integrations, and how bulletproof it has to be all move the number. A small automation and a custom software platform are different animals.

What we can promise: we look at your actual problem first, then give you a clear quote before anything starts. No surprises saved for later.

The plain version: your data is always yours. For managed systems, we usually own and operate the infrastructure and code, which is exactly what lets us take responsibility for keeping everything running.

For one-off projects, ownership of the code and documentation can transfer to you when that's part of the agreement. Whatever we agree, it's spelled out up front, in writing, in normal words.

Very likely, but we'd rather check than promise. We regularly connect CRMs, accounting tools, ecommerce platforms, warehouse systems, marketing tools, and most software with a usable API. When a tool has no proper API, there are often still realistic workarounds.

Security is part of scoping, not an afterthought. When we design a system we work through who can access what, how data is stored and backed up, and how little permission each piece needs to do its job. Every business has different requirements, so we discuss yours before anything gets built.
