Communication
Good communication makes for great projects. We keep you updated regularly so you always know where things stand, and we’ll ask for your feedback at key points to make sure everything is on track.

When we start a project, you’ll be paired with a dedicated account manager who will guide you from kickoff to launch, making the process smooth and straightforward.
Payments
Currency and Platform: All transactions are conducted in USD. We use Stripe, a secure platform for payments, to ensure the safety and confidentiality of your financial information.
Downpayment: For new website designs, we require a 25% downpayment. This percentage may vary depending on the project scope and cost structure. This downpayment secures your project in our schedule and allows us to allocate the necessary resources.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Disputes
Cancellation Policy: Our website maintenance service incurs a monthly fee, which you may cancel anytime should it no longer suit your requirements. For those with an annual support agreement and looking to cancel, please reach out to us directly.
Refund Policy: Given the service-based nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once services have been rendered. This policy is in place due to the substantial time and resources invested in each project from the outset.
Dispute Resolution: We understand that concerns may arise during the course of a project. If you’re unhappy with the progress or outcome of our work, please contact us directly. Our priority is your satisfaction, and we will endeavor to address and rectify any concerns to ensure that the final product meets your expectations.
