Cancellation Policy: Our website maintenance service incurs a monthly fee, which you may cancel anytime should it no longer suit your requirements. For those with an annual support agreement and looking to cancel, please reach out to us directly.
Refund Policy: Given the service-based nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once services have been rendered. This policy is in place due to the substantial time and resources invested in each project from the outset.
