Maciek leads process design, solution architecture, and client-facing interfaces. He works closely with business owners and teams to turn tangled day-to-day workflows into clear, automated operations, building intuitive supporting tools whenever a human step is involved.

Michal leads system integrations, automation pipelines, backend engineering, and production infrastructure. He designs end-to-end workflows around data integrity, failure recovery, and predictable long-term operation.
Working from the UK time zone means monitoring, maintenance, and updates begin hours before the US workday starts.

We first met in high school in Chicago and built our careers on opposite sides of the Atlantic before founding Mackup LLC together. The company name combines the first three letters of Maciek and Kups.
